Elite heating supplies are an internet discount shopping company and are dedicated to supply good to your total satisfaction.The products on this site are a small cross section of what we can offer.

MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier .Just browse our catalogue on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.  After you have finished selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Electron.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of description, specifiations and pricing, Elite Heating suppliers reserve the right to not accept your order.  This will only occur in the extremely unlikely event that a mistake has been made on our web site.  In this instance, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

The price quoted is the price you pay on orders over £75, this applies to mainland England & Wales, a carriage charge may apply to some parts of Scotland and other extreme postal areas depending on location & the nature of the goods ordered.  If you live in Scotland, we will contact you to advise if an additional carriage applies & if so how much.  We will not process your order without your permission.

At present we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands and Southern Ireland.

If your total order value is less than £75 exclusive of VAT, a handling charge of £6.00 inclusive of VAT will be payable.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Delivery times vary from the next day to usually within 10 days - dependant on the product.  All orders should be completed within 30 days.  Orders are despatched from a local depot and we can normally delivery any day Monday to Friday that is convenient for you.

We recommend that you do not arrange a date with your installer until you are in full receipt of your goods and have inspected them for damage.  We do our utmost to deliver goods as quickly as possible, however we cannot take responsibility for any cost you may incur with your installer.

TAX CHARGES

All prices quoted on the catalogue are not including vat, at checkout vat will be added automaticly to standard rate of 17.5%

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

All transactions are made via SEC PAY.

GUARANTEE

All of our products come with manufacturers guarantees, extended warranties on some itmes may be obtained direct from manufacturers.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

PRIVACY POLICY

Elite heating Supplies do not disclose buyers information to third parties.  Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the "Remember Me" option.  Data collected by this site is used to:

a.  Take and fulfill customer orders

b.  Administer and enhance the site and service

c.  Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

RETURNS POLICY

Please make every effort to ensure the goods you order are suitable for your requirements.

Orders cancelled prior to delivery may still incur a charge due to administration costs and manufacturers restocking charges.

In the unlikely event of goods being delivered faulty or damaged these will be collected & exchanged free of charge.  Please check goods immediately upon arrival and notify us within three days of delivery.

You have a seven working day "cooling off period" after delivery.  Goods which are not required can be returned providing they are in their original packing and in a saleable condition.  In these circumstances the following terms will apply:

Return of goods is subjec to our terms and conditions.

Returned goods received in a damaged condition for any reason will not be accepted for restocking.

A 15% charge will apply in all cases unless it is agreed that the return forms part of an exchange for an alternative purchase.
